Before calling, try restarting your computer once and make sure that the problem re-occurs. Please note that technical support cannot answer non-Internet related questions (such as general computer problems).

FBX Technical Support supports Windows 2000 and later as well as MacOS X 10.0 and later. We do not provide technical support for Linux, Windows3.1 or other operating systems, though they may work with the FBX system.
