Your e-mail address and password
What version of Windows or the MacOS you use
Any specific error messages that you are getting
What you are doing when the error occurs
Before calling, try restarting your computer once and make sure that the problem re-occurs. Please note that technical support cannot answer non-Internet related questions (such as general computer problems).
FBX Technical Support supports Windows 2000 and later as well as MacOS
X 10.0 and later. We do not provide technical support for Linux, Windows3.1 or other operating systems, though they may work with the FBX system. |
